⎆SEC Lists 9 Tokens as Securities
Following the agency’s insider trading charge against a former Coinbase employee, the agency has listed 9 tokens that it says are securities. These are AMP, RLY, DDX, XYO, RGT, LCX, POWR, DFX, KROM. Following suit, CFTC commissioners speak up that the SEC needs to collaborate, describing the SEC’s action as a "striking example of regulation by enforcement".
⎆3AC Heads to Dubai
In a Bloomberg interview, the 3AC founders told their stories of the fund’s downfall, made comments about the situation, and reportedly confirms that Kyle and Su are en route to Dubai.

Market maker firm Cumberland stated that institutional investors have been adding into their ETH long positions as the long touted merge approaches.
